questions about biergarten

I have some specific questions about Biergarten. We are thinking of going
there for my daughter's birthday. (25th)

1. Is this an all you can eat buffet meaning you can go back for seconds or
is it a one trip through the line deal?

2. Do the chairs have backs on them or is this more like picnic table seating?

3. How much does the beer cost, let's say a mug of Beck's for instance,
and what size is it? 12 oz? 16 oz?

4. Do they do anything special for people with birthdays?

You can go back as many times as you wish.

We sat at a table with regular chairs with backs.

3. How much does the beer cost, let's say a mug of Beck's for instance,
and what size is it? 12 oz? 16 oz?

Can't help you there, we were toooo hot to enjoy a beer.

4. Do they do anything special for people with birthdays?

The band sang happy birthday to someone while we were there.

You can go back as many times as you wish, the food is delicious.

The chairs are regular, with backs.

There are two sizes of beers, some great beer choices and you can also get a sampler to start with. I think the large beer is closer to like 20 ounces at least..it is a very very large mug..lol. Hubby always gets it. I get the smaller one, still good size, gotta be at least 16 ounces. Even the sampler glasses are good sized.

Yes, the band will sing happy birthday!

The chairs do have backs, it is all you can eat and I have NO idea how much beer is and they brought me out a birthday cake with mickey on it for my birthday. It was big enough to feed my two kids and the family sitting with us!

When I was last there, it was family seating. So, if your party doesn't fill the entire table, they may seat others with you. (That was several years ago at a busy time. It may have changed now.)

As for the birthday, as with any Disney restaurant, if you call them in advance and place an order, they can have a personalized birthday cake for your group. There's a thread dedicated to that topic in the dining section.
