I have a few questions about the swap for those interested in joining.

1) Do you want page kits? Or do you want 2 elements for each character?

2) page kits- Do you want 1 mat and 1 frame or 2 mats?

3) Would you do a 1 or 2 page layout for the pair?

4) Would you like 6 in a group or 12?

5) Does anyone want Bazzill only groups?

6) Does anyone think I'm over analyzing this and have lost my mind?

Majority rules on this one!
Sign ups will be on Sat July 8th around 12 pm EST and I will make sure there are plenty of spaces for our weekday and weekend DIS'ers.
Due date will be Sat November 11 (Veteran's Day)
I would like to have everything mailed back before Thanksgiving which is Nov 23 and the day before my birthday

Wow, did I miss this swap post??? I am intrigued, please to explain to me! I am very interested though, just from what I have read here on this post, LOL. I would have to either sign up either before the 8th or have a spot saved for me, OR I guess I could sign up from Disneyland cos I will be there the 8th (YAY!! All by myself!!!) As you can see we really didn't talk about it that much.
It's basically like the Disney Duo or couples swaps. You would pick a Disney good v. evil pair like Cinderella and the Stepmother, Snow White and the Evil Queen, Peter Pan and Hook, even Nemo and the diver. Anyway you would then do a page kit or 4 elements for each character, which ever we decide on as a group. That way you could put characters that don't normally interact in a scrapbook together. I actually got the idea because they have some storybooks at MGM in the villains shop that say "My side of the story" And one is from the princess's point of view and you flip the book over and the other half is from the evil persons point of view.

In response to your answers:
1) A page kit is usually 1 mat and 1 frame or 2 mats to fit a 4x6 picture.
Then you pick 2 other elements like a topper, borders, slide mounts, tags, etc....I'll list those in the sign ups but you don't have to decide right away.
2) if you did 1 mat and 1 frame and a topper you're 3/4 of the way to a page kit! About the only thing we don't put in is the base sheet because everyone scraps a different size.
3) Just a random question to decide how many elements to do in total.
5) If we get enough yeses to the bazzill only then I will do a few groups in this but not all. Some states don't have bazzill paper readily available. You can always order online though.


If you are interested but won't be here you can sign up now or send me a PM before you leave. I will be out of town between June 28 and July 3 but I am bringing my laptop with me. Think about it, no pressure to let me know now.
