We're planning on a trip in late November. Do I book the room now and call back when the AP rates come out? How does that work? Thanks for any help.

You can book now. If an AP code or another type of offer comes out, you can call later and request the code to be applied. I think the process is easier if the reservation is room-only, but I'm not sure. At the very worst, what they do is make you a new reservation with the new code and rate and either apply your previous deposit or refund you. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info. I do plan on making a room-only reservation. Actually, I'm hoping to book 2 connecting rooms. I hope this won't be too much of a problem. Thanks again for your help.
