My mother and father are taking my neice and nephew on the cruise with them. The kids have different last names from mom and dad. Will they need permission from the parents are will they be okay?

In their documents, there will be a form for their parents to fill out and have notarized to allow the grandparents to take them outside of the country and be responsible for them should their be a medical emergency.
