so i'm trying to use an icon i found for my avatar
which line do i post it to?
option1 or 2?

If it's in your picture file or something, than you'll use the second one.

You'll have to right click on it, save it to your computer.
Then you'll go to the cp thing and click browse on the second option.
You'll double click on the picture and it'll come up on the line.
Then you'll click save and it should be there.

Or at least that's the only way I know how to do it.
