Question does anyone know if any nice hotels in the dtd area offer free transportation from the airport to the hotel or any other resorts besides disney? Have a friend theat just decided he wanted to visit the end of april and everything seems to be booked solid? ??????? Any help would be appreciated!

If I remember right the last time we where there we stayed off-site and the hotel offered free transportation to & from WDW.
I imagine that most of the hotels in the area offer the same.
I would call the one you are planning to stay at just to be sure.

None that I've ever heard of. Disney's decision to launch the free Disney's Magical Express was the first of its kind in the area, and was (and is) a very controversial thing within the local transportation industry. To my knowledge, no other Disney-area hotels offer anything comparable.

Your friend will need to book a car service, rent a car, get a taxi, or take the Mears shuttle.
