This is our first time to IOA and we are staying onsite. I have our travel documents that say we can pick up our theme park tickets at kiosks. Should we plan on doing this the day before we go to the park (since we are getting there at opening) or just do it when we get to the gates? Just wondering which would be the actual timesaver.

Go the day before. There appeared to be a short line for tickets, but why wait in another line if you don't have to. And then what if there's a problem? It's a quick walk from the hotels. Shouldn't take too long and then you can go hang out at Citywalk or look around.

If your documents say to pick up the tickets at the Will Call kiosk, you will need the credit card used and the confirmation number. The tickets will print out right there for you and you can proceed to the gates. There is usually no lines at the kiosks so if you can do it the day before, it will save a little time. Make sure you read your travel documents carefully about what you will need to have to pick up the tickets.

Thank you!

If you are staying onsite and getting there at opening (1 hour early for hotel guests) I would assume that you will be "checking-in" at the hotel super early (we've been there at 6:30 am) to receive your room keys which is your express pass also. There are kiosks in the lobby's of the hotels, just check in then grab your tickets right there. :woohoo:

Actually, we are getting there the night before. If we can pick up the tickets in the hotel that evening, that would be perfect. This takes a huge load off my mind! Thanks! :thumbsup2

Are the tickets seperate from the FOTL pass we get at check in from the hotel?

Purchase Universal tickets online...get tickets at kiosk

Get FOTL passes at hotel upon check in

2 items we have to take to the parks????

You have park tickets and your hotel room key which is your Express pass...two separate items.

Does anyone know where in the hotels the tickets can be printed out? We stayed at PBH last fall and I didn't realize this was an option. Thanks!

I am not sure you can do this at the hotels since the Universal hotels are managed by Lowes, not Universal. At the Disney hotels, yes. I've done it before.

Yes, there is a kiosk in the guest services area in each hotel.

PBH- when you walk into the front lobby walk all the way to the fountain take a left towards the stairs. Before you get to the stairs take a right down that hallway. Universal Guest Services and kiosk is right down there.

Hardrock its in the middle of the lobby... To your right as soon as you enter the lobby.

RPR? I have no idea havent been there yet.
