So I have had this trip planned with my DF for awhile but recently I'm getting the feeling she is going to back out maybe even at the last second. I still plan on going however but I'm wondering what if any options do I have considering the trip has been paid and we have already passed the 45 day mark?

If you have a room-only booked, you can modify at any time.

If you have booked a package with tickets/dining, you can modify it without penalty until 30 days before arrival.

If you need to modify within 30 days of arrival, you might be charged a $50 change fee if your package price goes down.

It used to be 45 days, but it has been 30 days for at least a year.

Yes the last time I went it was 45 days. I hadn't realized they made that change. I thought after the 45 day mark you could make changes but a refund wouldn't be issued. Thank you so much.

I forgot to mention if you have air tickets on your package, there may be airline change fees (typically something like $200 per ticket depending on airline).

I would come right out and ask her what her plans are. Can I ask (not being rude) why you think she's going to back out at the last minute? Has she said so?

If your friend is this wishy washy I would switch to a room only and buy tickets seperate and then if she cancels you are totally fine. Do not py for anythig for her if she wants th tickets she buys them etc. That way if she cancels you aren't on the hook.

She just told me the other night she hadn't told her employer yet, so I asked her if she still planned on going and she got upset about it and swore she was.

Ah, I see. Maybe she really wants to go but isn't sure whether or not she can get the time off now. Hopefully she'll tell her employer asap. Good luck!:shamrock:
