Question regarding Magical express...

We are planing on arriving into MCO after Midnight and we are just going to stay at the Hyatt right in the airport.

My question is in regards to Magical Express,how do we get on one of the Magical Express Buses for the next morning being we are staying at the Hyatt overnight before transferring to WDW hotel?

Do we let Disney agents know what time bus we prefer? Not sure how this works being we have always gone right on the bus after arriving at the airport.

You just have to be at the airport to take ME. Tell them what you're doing when you call them -- they can add arrival time information ie. the time you'd like to leave and just not put in a flight (some CMs will actually ask you to pick a flight arriving around the same time, but they don't have to have it really)

You will have to keep your bags with you either way, since they don't pick up luggage after 10 pm.

You need to make an advance reservation for Magical Express from the airport to your resort, for the date you want to ride it and specifying the approximate time or a flight number (any flight, any airline) arriving at about that time.

If you are early or tardy to the DME welcoming area by a few hours, that does not matter.

FYI, we are taking a cruise first, and then the shuttle is taking us back to the airport, and when I explained this to the CM at the WDW phone center, he just noted the day and time we said we would need the ME to our resort. It seemed pretty simple. The only concern I have is I don't see the ME ressie when I look at my ressie through MDE, so I may call back again and confirm. Good luck!
