Hello all,
I have a question I would like to ask, but I do not wish to offend anyone, so I will pose this tactfully. Although my family and I are staunch republicans, born and bred conservatives, I am of the belief of to each his own. Live and let live. Let them get married and be as miserable as the rest of us. I have never had problem with gays, lesbians, hand holding and even tactful PDAs. However, the article written by Mr. Pete Werner, http://www.wdwinfo.com/disney-gay-days.htm, scares the hell out of me. We are planning a trip from California, yes the peoples republic of California. Two families, one with 4 very small children will be there during that time. We really do not wish to witness, and I will quote Mr. Werner, two queens frenching outside Cinderella castle. So my question is; if we avoid the parks on the scheduled gay days for that particular park, will we still be overrun by such images? Again, we believe everyone has a right to and should enjoy WDW. I would like to enjoy it without the feeling of being thrust in the middle of the Castro district in San Francisco. I hope I dont offend anyone and wish everyone enjoys WDW respectfully. Thank you.
