Question regarding Chef Mickeys

For the character breakfast at Chef Mickey's, are the characters continuously out and about for the duration of breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:30am? I'm almost certain that they are, but want to make sure. Thanks for your help

We have only been to Chef Mickey's for breakfast 1x, but we go for dinner a lot , we always get to see the characters at least 2x around before we leave.

Yes they will be out making the rounds with the exception of the small amount of time they go back & make the switch.

The characters that are out and about go around each of the tables mostly you get to see them all 1x but last time we got to see them 2x. There is always one character that does not go around that you could take a picture with if you want to before sitting down at ur table, meaning while ur waiting for your table. Last time it was Chip and Dale and the time before that it was Donald Duck, the character that is picked for that picture does not walk around the tables. Its like breakfast at CRT (Cinderella's Royal Table @ Magic Kingdom) Cinderella does not walk around the tables but you have the option to take a pic with her while waiting for your table.

One character at a time will go backstage for a break. But there are constantly characters making the rounds. You'll get to meet them all. If you're up at the buffet when one comes, don't panic. There's usually enough time that you'll get to see them again when they come back around. The characters all use the same path through the restaurant. You'll pick up on it and learn when to go and when to wait. If you don't want to miss anyone, though, just ask your server. They'll be able to tell you about how much time you have.
