Question regarding Chef Mickey's breakfast

We have an ADR for Chef Mickey's at 7AM (opening time) on the last morning of our trip, then we are hitting the road right afterwards. We are staying at Pop Century, and the CM on the phone when making the ADRs told me to leave one hour for travel. We are driving from Pop to Contemporary for this breakfast. Should we really leave at 6 AM for this reservation? Will we arrive way too early and have nothing to do? I am assuming nothing else is open before 7 AM like shops, so there will be nothing to do or explore at that time. What should we do?

If you are driving your own car, I would not leave an hour early...probably more like 1/2 hour, but the actual driving time is less than that.

No, I wouldn't allow an hour if you are driving. Leave the room about 35 minutes prior to your reservation and you'll make it just fine.

30 to 40 minutes should give you plenty of time.
