Hello! Hope you don't mind me visiting your board but I had a question about buggy boards. They're not as popular here in the States as they are in the UK, as I've found out.
I have a 5 yo and a 2.5 yr old. We'll be at WDW in December and I'm struggling over my decision of what to do about a stroller. I bought a Chicco 2002 for my last trip to WDW in 2001. It didn't arrive til the day after we left so I never even got to use it for our trip. I plan on taking it this year but I don't know what to do for my 5 yo. I don't want to buy a double stroller since we'd never use it here at home. I'd rather not rent -- don't want to worry about pushing two strollers and keeping up with the contents of each. I have a cheap umbrella stroller but it's nearly impossible to push (I'm 5'10" and he weighs about 40 lbs)
So I came across the idea of a buggy board. Do you think this is a good idea? I was worried about the idea of my 5 yo having to stand the entire time but I'm sure that my boys could switch off, if needed. Are these as invaulable as they may seem? Do you have one and do you bring it over for your WDW stay? I can certainly see us using this in the future so I don't think it would be a waste of money.
What are your thoughts? Thanks!
