question regarding booking times

I was just able to book a ADR for 1900 Park Fare on Dec 5th t 11:10am. When I look on the Disney website it says breakfest is only served till 11am. I called and spoke to a CM and she told me that although it was listed as closed at 11am sometimes they extend the times. I am concerned that I will get there and we won't have a reservation or the characters will be done. Has anyone else had this happen?

They may have extended the hours if it's a busier time of year.

During Free Dining they often open Chef Mickey's for lunch.
