Question Regarding 4 People In One Stateroom

In trying to plan a cruise and what level stateroom I want, I see that some are listed as "sleeps 3 (possibly 4)." In reading these boards, I see that many families of 4 use the staterooms in categories 9-11. In looking at the diagrams of staterooms on the DCL site, they show only enough beds for 3 people. Can someone please explain how DCL accommodates 4 people in these staterooms. Where is the bed for the 4th person?
Thanks!

The staterooms that accomodate a 4th person have a bed that the cabin steward will pop down from the ceiling (over the sofa bed).

Thank you Sue!!

I'm assuming that this bed is better suited for children? I have a tall 9 year old and an average sized 12 (almost 13 year old). Would they be comfortable in this pop down bed?

My 20 year old DS - 175 pounds slept on the sofa bed and my 18 year old DD - 110 pounds - slept on the pull down bed....I believe there is a weight limit for the upper bed but it is pretty high (you know, like 140-150 pounds)

The upper bunk is a twin size bed, as is the sofa, they really were big enough. There is a weight limit on the upper bunk, but that should not be an issue for your kids.
