Long story short, we were going to get Premium AP's this year, then figured out a way to save a bit by getting 3-day tickets and upgrading to Deluxe AP's, but since our trip isn't until 6/8-6/10, even if we got the 3-day ticketsat the "before" rate, by the time we upgraded in the park on 6/9, we'd be paying the "after" rate. So now I'm considering options. I've been an AP holder for the past 4 years, with a few short breaks. With the price increases, I'm considering my options.

So I started poking around the tickets and found a SoCal Resident 3-Day Park Hopper for $144 per adult. Available for purchase through 6/1/12. Ticket is blocked out on the following dates: March 30, 2012 - April 15, 2012 and June 4, 2012 - June 5, 2012. First use must occur on or before June 7, 2012. Tickets expire June 9, 2012.

That last part is where I want to make sure I understand. My first use will be on 6/8. Will I still be able to use this special ticket on 6/10 since it was activated prior to 6/9? Or is 6/9 the last day to use up my 3-day ticket? :confused3

The bolded part of your post answered your own question. First use has to be by 6/7, can't be 6/8. AND last use has to be by 6/9.

Ah, figured it would throw a wrench in my plans! Thanks for your help!
