Question re Requests

It is an absolute medical necessity that we always get a non smoking room/villa. For those of you out there with the same situation, have you ever NOT been able to get it at your home resort?

If you used the words "medical necessity" when you made the reservation (or, if you didn't, if you call back and use those words now), you're very likely to have a non-smoking request honored.

Although I'm sure it happens from time to time, I've never had a "no smoking" request refused. If you say "absolute medical necessity" I'd be VERY suprised if your request wasn't honored.

It is a high priority but not guaranteed. You should be OK but there's no way to be certain until you get there.
