Question re: FP received for DVC presentation

hi, we received 3 FP each for attending a DVC presentation. They are loaded onto my magic bands. What is the procedure for actually using them? Do I have to reserve a FP window or can I walk up to an attraction whenever I'm ready and immediately get FP access? Also all of the passes are loaded to my band. Do I scan for each member of my party? What if my party is separated? (Teens off doing their thing and adults doing ours. Will they have access to them?).

You just need to walk up to any FP rides (that you don't have a FP for) and tap your band. I believe 3 FP for each one is loaded to each of the account accordingly. But beware, those FP does not work on Toy Story, Peter Pan, Mine Train if my memory is correct I don't remember if there is some other rides also. But you could use it on Frozen though.
