Question re door code on WH condos

This is probably a non-issue, but I'm curious if anyone has ever had a problem with someone entering your rented condo who wasn't in your party. I was searching through the forum last night and came across an older post where a strange man (possibly maintenance?) entered a rented condo by using the door code, catching the mother and daughter staying there completely by surprise, and then they couldn't relax the rest of the trip because of it.

This June will be our first time to rent and stay off site, we're staying at WH in a Magical Vacation Homes 3 br condo. Like I said... probably a very rare occurance (or so I hope!) but I'm wondering if anyone knows... are the codes changed each and every time? Surely they are, surely.

We have stayed in private accomodation the last 4-5 times and we have never had this happen
You shouldnt have anything to worry about

Never had a problem. The place we use there has the lock code to get in but it also has a deadbolt that can be locked from inside while you are there. The door lock code is changed weekly so the only people that should know it are you and the property manager.

The 3br condo we stay in has a lock box with 2 keys in it. We just put them on our key ring for the week.
