Question re: Dining Plan & HDDR

We are on the DDP and want to go to the Hoop De Doo Review one night. I realize this uses 2 dining credits, but I'm not willing to give up any of our other table service meals. So that means one meal will be OOP. How do I best work this?? And which meal should I choose to be our OOP meal?

My plans:
12/12-Le Cellier dinner
12/13-Sci Fi dinner
12/14-Biergarten dinner
12/15-Hoop De Doo 5pm
12/16-Ohana breakfast

OR...I see that I can only get category 2 or 3 for HDDR on the DDP. Is it more worth it to pay that OOP and get category 1? I have kids and want them to see it and enjoy it.

Also -- can I book HDDR online, or must it be done via phone?

I would pay OOP for either Ohana Breakfast or Sci-Fi. Then choose cat 2 for HDDR with 2 TS credits. You can book this online, however, it forces you to pay for it right then and there. If you call in, they can apply your dinning plan for the cost of the tickets. Hope that helps and have a great time!
