Question Re: AP Rates Paradise Pier in August 2016

I am debating about getting an annual pass for DL when we visit in August and I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to check to see if there are any AP rates for Paradise Pier (standard room) for August 21 to 27, 2016, and if they are available what the room rate is. Also, how would it work if I call to request the AP discount if I do not have my pass yet? I would be purchasing it the day we arrive at DL.

I just checked and right now the AP rate calendar only goes to June and there are hardly any dates available. My guess is August dates won't be available for another month or so.

Right now a standard view room comes up at $311 a night for a total of $2183.22 with tax.
