My 180 day mark for booking ADRs is this Saturday, 4/16/11. We are staying 2 nights at AKV, then with some friends for a night at BLT (reservations in their name, not ours), followed by one more night at AKV.

On Saturday, can I book restaurants for all four nights?

Also, some friends of ours are going, and they are not staying on-site. Can they book their ADRs this Saturday, or is it different for non-resort guests?

I think I know the answers to these questions, but I want to be sure before Saturday, so there won't be any issues at 5am Saturday morning!!

As an onsite guest you should have no problem booking your adr's *online* for the first 4 (or up to 10) days of your vacay. However if you call in, the CM will most likely only allow booking for the first 2 nts / 3 days AKV.

Your friends will only be able to book at 180 days, not 180+10.

For the friends that are not staying at a Disney Resort, if you are all dining together you can just book a table for everyone. Unless it is one of the restaurants that requires payment or dining plan, then you might not want to book. If you aren't planning on eating together then they can book 180 days from the date they want to eat.

Online booking is the best way with a multi stay. You only need the confirmation # from the first night to do your ADR's, unless you have a dining plan attached to only part and want to use the credits at certain restaurants that require pre-payment or dining plan.
