With restricted transportation at the resort , what is the best way to get from
Disney Springs to Animal Kingdom before, or by opening .

We are staying at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and apparently their own shuttle service has been suspended

Uber or Lyft would get my vote assuming you don't have a car. Other option is a Mears taxi.

I do ride Lyft at home, but would I be able to go to Disney Springs, or nearby resort and catch a Disney shuttle instead?

Disney Springs does not open til 10 am. Buses back to resorts doesn't start till after that. It's to prevent using the free parking option, instead of paying theme parking.

If you want to drive to a resort, you can only park there if you have a dining reservation or are an overnight guest at the resort. Everything is limited because of the limited capacity and social distancing guidelines.

if you want to uber, lyf t to resort you would still have to show room or dining reservation, to get through security
