Question on written confirmation

Hi Everybody,
I just received my written confirmation from DVC on my November trip. When I called to make the reservation I requested a dedicated 2 bedroom with 2 Queens in the second bedroom. However this does not appear anywhere on my confirmation. Should I call or is this normal procedure? TIA

if it doesn't say dedicated I would definitely call - I don't know how the 2 queen beds would look....

My previous confirmations have always stated "dedicated" so I was concerned when it arrived.

Does anyone know if they changed the way they state this?

And, does that mean ALL 2 bedrooms have 2 q's in the second bedroom if it's not a lock off combination?

BCV has the /2Q in addition to the Dedicated 2br since there are only 25 rooms with 2Q in the 2nd br. VWL dedicated units all have the 2Q in the 2nd br.

I have booked 4 dedicated 2 bedrooms with 2 queens so far at BCV. The first 2 confirmations back in May and October 2003 said "Two Bedroom Dedicated/2Q" on the confirmation, the last 2 confirmations I have received say "Two Bedroom" so I called and asked and they assured me they were the 2 queens. I am not really comfortable with this so I think I will E-mail MS, so that I can print out the written response and take them with me.

Thanks for all the responses. Terry S, that's a great idea. It would really put a damper on the trip for my family if we didn't get those two Queen beds.

We also booked a 2 Bedroom Dedicated with 2 Queen beds for November 20-26 at BCV. I got my confirmation yesterday and all it said was two bedroom. I got on the phone immediately. MS said that it is on my reservation as 2Q but just doesn't appear on the confirmation. This also made me a little nervous so I asked her to send me the entire request out as a second confirmation. She said no problem. We'll see if I get it in the mail.

Entire request is: 2 Bedroom Dedicated/2Q, Non-smoking, Non-handicap, higher floor. I know they are all request. I'll keep my fingers crossed as we will be taking my parents with us and would not like to have to fold up a bed for the kids each morning.

The 2 Queens is a reservation which is gauranteed, not a request. The views and smoking are only requests.

My confirmation letter for September in a Dedicated 2 Bedroom with 2 Queen beds also says just "Two Bedroom" so it sounds like "Two Bedroom" equals Dedicated 2 Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds.
I wonder what the designation on the confirmation letter would be for a dedicated two bedroom without the 2 queen beds now?
Anyone book one recently?
