Question on Upgrades, and Ability to change resorts?

Hi ya'll... I've got a few questions on Disney and their policy. Im going down to Disney in June and staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter. I was wondering whether or not I would like the resort, and If I do not like the resort, if I would be able to transfer to another resort. Being that I am booked with an e-mail code, I think I am locked into this resort. Another question of mine is if you can upgrade to a different resort not within the resort? Thanks alot for your help.

Ya'll... Sorry, From Canada here (Ehh! ) I really like POFQ, It is my favorite resort . I would not worry at all-POFQ is a truly magical resort! I would see no way someone could hate that resort. You will be getting a fridge, like in all other mods.
