Question on Tipping

Do you pay before you eat at CP and CRT? If so are you supposed to tip before the meal? I would rather tip at the end according to service level. Just wondering how this works.

I have eaten at CP for lunch before and the bill was delivered to me at the end of the meal.

I have also eaten at CRT for lunch before it was a princess lunch and same thing. I don't know know with it being a princess lunch.

I haven't been to anything but counter at Disney that wasn't just a bill delivered at the end of your meal, just like restaurants back home.
