Question on start time for F!, WOC and Fireworks

Do they start on-time as published or are they usually delayed by 5, 10, 15minutes?

Usually on time. But if one is slightly delayed, then anything after usually is too. Fireworks and Fantasmic! won't overlap, and I think they try not to have WOC overlap either (at least with fireworks).

In very rare circumstances they can be delayed or cancelled usually due to weather. For the most part you can count on them starting at the exact minute listed.
