Question on sales rep..

We recently closed on our contract in December set up our acct we are all set. my question is they said we would be assigned a sales rep but I never received a email or letter saying who it was. We have been thinking of buying direct and I don't now how to go about finding out who our rep is any help would be greatly appreciated.
