Question on preferences for priority seating

Hi all!! I have just made PS for Rose & Corwn - Ohana and Chef Mickey's - all for dinner. Just wondering can I request specific seating - in other words - patio for R&C for Illuminations - main dining room for Ohana.....if so - when do I do this - ????
How about Chef Mickey's ?? Any seating that is better than others??

R&C will not take special requests for seating. A few years ago you could request a location, but with everyone desiring the patio seats for Illuminations, the podium attendant now tells you they will not accept requests--you will receive first available for your party size.

I'm not sure there's one section or another that's better for Chef Mickey's, we've been seated in all 3 areas and it's basically the same. I like the elevated area at the front of Contemporary best because it's smaller and near enough to the buffet without being too close.

'Ohana will more than likely to its best to accommodate a request made when you arrive. It will more than likely depend on the number of folks there at the time you are dining--guess that's an obvious statement. They don't discourage requests, let's put it that way.

Alot of places will tell you they can grant your request however it could be an additional wait. At CRT our policy is up to 45 mins for a window table. That is the case b/c in theory, we could have just seated all window tables right before you got there.

I would stop by the podium at R&C earlier in the day to note my request, then make sure I'm early for my seating.

you can not request seating when you make your PS's. You will only get a PSfor a time and location. when you check in at the hostess station then you can ask for a special area to sit.
