Question on Pin Codes....

I haven't bothered with the current round of codes being discussed because we are planning on Sept so they wouldn't apply to us any way. But we want to book before March 27 with the % off the room just in case there aren't any more deals coming out, we can always change if they come out with a free dining offer, right?

My other question is, when I call, I plan to ask about any pin codes attached to our household, but will they let me check my parents and grandparents as well since they are going with us? Or will they need to call to check themselves? And if say, my dad has one, then will we be able to use it for both rooms and will he need to be the one to book the ressie? They are letting me handle it all but they would call if they needed to.

Thanks! I'm new to this. Last time we stayed in 2008, my mom handled it all.

First, it seems that rooms available with the public discount are going pretty fast, so you should get booked soon to get the best choice.

The CM's I talk to will always check my Mom's account for me for PIN codes, so I don't see why they wouldn't do the same for you. I think as long as the person who has the PIN is included in the reservation, you shouldn't have any problem booking with it.

And yes, if want to switch to a different deal later, you can. You might have to change resorts, though, if there aren't any rooms available with that package at the resort you have chosen.

I have to agree about book as soon as you can, I called this am to add a day to the beginning of our trip in September and there was no availability at the resort we are currently booked at, the CM did offer another resort for the entire 8 nights but DH chose BC so it has to be there, I ended up adding a day at the end for full rack rate instead which cost me $158 more

I'd love to be booked already but my grandparents are still deciding whether they want to go which makes a big difference. If they don't go, we may do one room (not sure where), if they do go, then 2 rooms at CBR. Hoping to get the word here in the next couple of days.
