Question on Package Add On

Hi - I am a little confused on the converting your room only res to a package.
one Disney rep told me that i had to convert the room to package 90 days before my trip or face a $200 extra fee to convert. Another disney rep told me there was no fee, just had to add the package 72 hours in advance of arrival.

Any thoughts? thanks!

if you have a room only is has to be cancelled and refunded, not converted. The package has to be booked at least 48 hours from travel, 72 if you have the DDP. The first rep was way off base...
