Hi All -

We are taking the family to WDW for a week in November. Question: I have several old part tickets that might still days on them or passes to PI, etc. Is there anyway of finding out prior to going to the parks if they are still good.

And yes, I will keep better track next time!

Thanks,

Sullivan Family

The answer you'll get from Disney is that they can only check the tickets in person at any customer service or concierge location. They have this policy to protect themselves from people trying to get around the policy that tickets are non-transferable. If buyers have no way of checking how many days are actually left on a ticket, they're far less likely to want to buy it on the black market (a.k.a., E-Bay).

Unfortunately, those few bad apples who try to buy/sell partially used tickets make it difficult for the rest of us to figure out what's left on our old tickets.

Dave is right, checking old tickets can only be done in person at WDW.

It can be done at any Ticket Sales or Guest Relations window in the 4 theme parks or Downtown Disney, or at Guest Relations at any of the resorts.
