Question on off-site restaurants

Ok, my dh always talks about these smorgasboards that he used to go to in Florida when he was a kid- he said that the buffet rotated, so you just stood in one place, and took food as it went past you. Anyway, he said that the names of these places were usually people's names, like "Don's" or "Jen's." I can't find any info on them, so I was wondering if anyone else has ever seen these, or is dh just hallucinating?

I have only been here a short time, but I have never heard of this. Reminds me of the conveyor belt sushi you see on TV.
