I have a non-expiring 10-day ticket that I gave to my son and he signed the back of the ticket but has never used it, he has no interest in going with us to Disney World anytime soon and so I wanted to use this ticket for either myself or my other son. But my questions are this, will I have a problem with his signature on the back? like if there are ticket problems? Can I go to Customer Service and get a new ticket that I or my other son could sign? Any ideas or thoughts?

thanks

If it's never been used you shouldn't have a problem because of the signature. It's the finger scan after you use it that ties it to an individual. I'd just ask the cm how to handle, cross off the signature and have the new person that will be using it sign it or if they'd give you another? But not sure if they'd give you another since they are discontinuing the 10 day no expiry tickets. See thread above.

It will not be a problem, at this point they would replace with a blank. I have done this in the last few days. Since it is not tied to a finger scan it will work for anyone.

We have 2 old NE tickets we used last March. Never signed either ticket. Tickets were mixed up so don't know who's ticket was who's. Anyway, finger scanner did not work for either ticket. They just let us through after scanning both tickets. Don't even worry about the finger scanner part. They will wave you through.
