Question on Muppets characters?

Hi all,

We're taking our first family trip next week and have a three day UPH package...our kid is 20 months old - she's got her preferences already, once of which is the muppets.

Does anyone know where/if the muppet characters come out for meet and greets? I've been doing a ton of research on character meals (booked Crystal Palace and Breakfastsaurus) and character meet and greets but can't find anything on the muppets except the Muppets 3-D at MGM.

Miss Piggy and Kermit are available for photos and autographs near the exit from the Muppets 3D movie at Disney Studios. Bunches of Muppets characters are in the movie itself and walk,ride along with the Muppets float in the Stars and Motorcars parade at the Studios in the afternoons.

In the past they havent done any meet and greets. But that might be changing in the near future. Since Disney is releasing a new movie staring the muppets, I will suspect there to be allot more of a push on the muppet souveniers and picture taking.

Like loriandmatt said, we seen two Muppets out greeting - Kermit and Miss Piggy. I seen them twice in MGM, in the area near the exit of the Muppetvision show, pretty close to Al's Toy Barn. They use a stamper for autographs. I find Kermit and Miss Piggy aren't there everyday, and are somewhat rare. I saw them around 2:00/2:30ish in the afternoon. I always look for them on every trip but I only seen them twice. You can always ask at Guest Services if they are out greeting the day you are there. Have a great trip!
