Question on menu prices

I have a few ADRs the week of January 23rd. Im looking over some of the menu prices on all ears and it's not as bad as I thought it would be.I have a few questions....

During the time we will be there, is that considered a time where prices will be higher?

I know tips are not included, but what about drinks (sodas, etc)?

Im mostly looking at family places....garden grill, ohanas, etc.

I'm pretty sure late jan-before president day's weekend is their slow season, so you should be fine as far as extra surcharges for peak holidays.

Any buffets or other all-you-can-eat meals include unlimited non-bottled drinks, such as sodas, coffee, tea, etc.

And late January is definitely low season.
