Question on Friends and Family list and Toddlers under age 3

I am able to book the LLMP on Monday. We have 5 adults and 2 toddlers under age 3. When I went through a sample today to see how it looked, I am seeing everyone on my list of F&F even those that aren't on this trip. can I hide those so only my immediate group comes up?
Also, my two grandsons under age 3 are on the list but says they need valid park admission. Thinking we just don't have to book them since they don't have park pass. Is that a correct assumption.

You will not need to book for the 2 that are under age 3.

Don't know the answer about hiding people on your Friends and Family list, but I can tell you that for guests under 3, you shouldn't need to be worried about LL.

When we were there in June with our granddaughter (age 2.5), as long as the adults had valid LL she came along with us without issue.
