Question on dining times on Deb's site

Alright, this is my 3rd time trying to post this, lets hope 3rd times a charm...

I have been going over menus on Deb's site, to finalize my plans for ADR's that I have to make next week. I have a question about the mealtimes though. If it says Chef Mickey's breakfast is from 7-11:30 or Crystal Palace is from 8-10:30, is the latter time the last seating or when they actually quit serving food? We want to have a breakfast buffet for an early lunch, but I want to know how late in the morning we will be able to get an ADR.

I believe it's seating time. We usually try to get a late lunch seating, so book it about 15 minutes before the stated 'end' time. We are never the only ones in there eating!!! If I remember correctly, we had a PS at CP for breafast about 20 minutes before the end of the breakfast seatings. Plenty of food, and plenty of people there, even when we left about an hour later.
