Question on Dining Program

It's a little like the new booking policy. You can call 180 days from your check in day and make dining reservations for up to 10 days out.

Sorry to sound dumb, but when I call tomorrow to make my Christmas reservations, I can book for the next 5 days I am there, or do I have to call back everyday?
Also is this just for DVC'ers or anyone?
Thanks for your help.

All onsite guests have the 180+10 ADR booking window. Yes, you should be able to book your reservations tomorrow.

It's for anyone staying at a WDW owned and operated resort including DVC. Not S/D.

It was never necessary to call day by day although some DISser seem to think so.

And if tomorrow is your 180th day, then yep you can make for the next 5 days too. Doesn't seem like it could be the 180th from Christmas though.

edited to add that according to the DIS calculator, you can make a Christmas reservation on 6/28. Happy planning!

Thanks for your help. I believe Wednesday is my 180 days out because we check in on 12/22

Yes, I'm sorry. I misunderstood you. When you said Christmas reservations I though you meant dining reservations starting Christmas Day.

BTW, the 180 plus 10 is not just for those using a DDP. As Chuck said, it is for all onsite guests.

Are you doing the Candlelight Processional? It's so wonderful.:goodvibes

Bon apetit!

I have seen the CP but have not done it through dinner reservations. Sorry it was my mistake I should have said my check in date at the beginning.

Just keep in mind that not all availability is there during the +10 period. I think there is only a small percentage of the total seating available during +10. I've rarely gotten the ADR's I wanted in that +10 period, but have always gotten them when I called back at exactly 180 days out.

ETA: ADR's should be somewhat easier this year with the changes in DDP. Even during free dining in September, we're not seeing the wailing rants about not being able to get an ADR. And people returning are saying that the restaurants are not nearly as crowded as they used to be.
