Question on Clothes

Okay so I have been looking for a cute vest to wear. I have seen people at school wearing them and I can't find them anywhere. I'm not talking sweater vests or jackets. I don't really know how to describe it without a picture. Anyway, I have looked everywhere. Delias, Alloy, Macy's, JcPenny, Kohls, ect and I can't find anything the looks remotly like what I want. <Insert smiley that attacks computer> Any ideas? If you can help me, I would be so grateful, if not thanks anyway.

I checked Aeropostale and Forever 21. I'll check the other stores.

Try dELIA*s? Or maybe Macy's, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom.
