Question on bed rails

Do I need to call and add bed rails to our ressie or do I just request at check in? We are staying at OKW Dec 5 - 11 - Previously my DS slept in a crib, but its big boy beds now!

Just request them at check-in.

If you request them at check-in and they don't arrive (happened to us), just call Mousekeeping and they'll bring them right up.
