Question on adding on at BLT

I already own BCV. I would like to buy a 50 point contract at BLT

1) If you have a Disney Visa can you finance "free" for 6 months. I have heard conflicting things in regards to this.

2) What does it mean exactly you need a referral to get the (I believe anyway) the $8.00 off? I guess what I am asking is I just can't call the lady who helped me the first time at DVC and get the discount? The person who gives me a referral do you have to use their guide? How does the whole referral process work?

Thanks for any help. I like to act that I know what I am talking about before I start calling DVC. They don't need to know I'm a lost cause.

Since you are already an owner, you don't need a referral to get the discounts.

On 50 points right now, the discount is $8.00 per point, or $104.00.

For the Disney Visa, I am getting the entire cost of my 130 point contract from BLT interest free for 6 months.

It is not what the site says and I wasn't actually expecting it, but then the first bill came and it was all listed as a qualifying promo. I use the card for everything so I figured I would pay off all my monthly charges and then 1/6 of the DVC purchase and see what happened.

When the 2nd bill came, I had not been charged any interest on any of the DVC purchases. I am on my 3rd statement and they are still listed as being interest free!

Matter of fact, I am adding on another 50 next week and putting it all on the card again. I am hoping that I get 6 months on this purchase too. If not, I have the money--but if I do, it would be great!!!
