Please can anyone give me the answer to my question? we live in the UK and are planning on spending 3 weeks at WDW in october 06 i have been reading alot about AP and here is my question? do you have to order the annual pass in advance or can we buy it when we arrive at the resort hotel we would like to add the dinning card to it [the card that gives you 20%OFF WDW restaurants etc not sure what it is called] the reason we cant order it before we arrive at the hotel is because we do not have a credit card.hope someone can give me the answer many thanks.

You definately can order the AP while in WDW...the dining card...I would call the Disney Dining Experience and find out how you can get the card once in orlando.

I live in the UK now and we are going to WDW in January. I was going to buy my AP when we arrived, but we are staying onsite and want to take advantage of the new Best Rate program. I just ordered my AP like 5 minutes ago. You can, however buy, the AP when you arrive.

As to buying the dining card after you get there. Just call the DDE phone number from the resort and ask if you can pick up the confirmation letter at Guest Services. They were offering this earlier this year when things where a little bogged down with getting the card out to people. I'm not sure if this option is still available or not.

Hi Candy,

You can order the AP direct from Disney reservations on 00 1 407 934 7639 (WDISNEY) , it only takes a quick call and you get the AP vouchers posted to you via DHL about a week later. Depending on the exchange rate and what credit card you use it can be a good deal

You exchange the couchers at any park or DTD guest relations/ticket window. You will need photo ID to exchange them. The AP are then valid for a year from the activation date.

Once you receive your AP vouchers you can then call 00 1 407 566 5858 for the DDE card(s). The CM will ask for the code number from your AP vouchers. They take about 6 weeks to come through and are valid for a year from purchase date. I think you actually get two DDE cards, useful if you and your partner eat separately
