Question for ziplock packers

I am planning on trying the ziplock packing since we have 3 children. It looks like a really great idea. I was wondering since we are visiting in November the nights can be alot cooler than the days. Would you pack in one ziplock
shorts
tee-shirt
tank
Pants
undies
socks
There may be days that we don't come back to the room untill we are done for the evening, so I know we probably will be bringing our warmer clothing to the parks in case we have to change.

We went in Dec last year and for my younger kids I packed some ziplock bags with both shorts and pants that matched a t shirt, undies and socks. I also brought plenty of extra socks and under wear for accidents and such....

We were only there 4 nights, so I just really watched the weather websites until the day we left and it helped a lot to figure out what to bring. I also packed a sweatshirt and jacket for them for at night. (It was VERY cold while we were there, thank goodness I had packed gloves and hats for them as well. First day we were there the wind chill was in the 30's during the evening.)
