I have a family that doesn't like to move much during a vacation but would move once. Here's the situation...

Booked for a week at resort A. Waitlisted for all or nothing to move to either resort B,C or D. Nothing coming through.

Family really wishes to stay now even a few nights at other resort but only willing to move once.

Is there a way to express a waitlist that will specify to take as many consecutive dates - but must be minimum 2 - at either beginning of the week or end of the week at a single resort B,C or D? Has anyone ever done this?
Thanks for any experience.

Yes I did that very thing. It will actually be entered as multiple waitlists based on your requirements. Just keep in mind that if any of the waitlists come throught it will be reserved and the others will be null and void.

Here's my examples

Reservation for Resort A for 1 week. Like you I was willing to move once. So here are all the waitlist requests attached to my reservation

1- Resort B full week
2- Resort B last 3 days of trip (Cancel last 3 days at resort A)
3- Resort B last 2 days of trip (cancel last 2 days at resort A)
4- Resort B first 3 days of trip ( cancel first 3 days at resort A)
5- Resprt B first 2 days of trip (cancel first 2 days of resort A)

In my case item 5 came through so my reservation is now Days 1-2 at Resort B, remaining trip at Resort A.

If you have several other resorts that you want to stay at MS will do similar to each resort. Also be sure to let them know it ok to borrow points if need be and you are ok to do so.
