Question for those who used the 2008 codes

I have a question for all of those who used either a pin code or the new Canadian code for 2008:

Did you have any luck getting the discount thorugh the blockout periods?

For example, it appears that the days around Martin Luther King Bday in January are blocked out. If your trip started before the blockout and carried past it did you get the discount for the entire trip (like we could in 2007) or just the nights it was available??

Bumping this as I also want to know.

We booked our trip months ago for Jan 15-22 for a Grand Gathering party of 13. I don't ever remember Disney considering MLK a HOLIDAY before or we would have never chosen these dates.

Hoping someone can asnwer if we will at least get a few days of the code discount.
