Question for those who know IOA VERY well

Okay, we were at IOA in 2008 and while in Dr. Seuss Landing we had ice cream at this stand that was INCREDIBLE. I don't remember what it was, but I'm thinking a huge amount of ice cream on a stick dipped in chocolate but with chunks of some kind....?

Anyway, can anyone help me out and describe for me what I ate? It is the only think in my life I remember LOVING but not remembering the details of it. Probably because it was so good I was in utter disbelief.

I would say Hop on Pop Ice Cream Shop's Sundae on a Stick

I couldn't tell you what is in it, but I do know they sell a Sundae on a Stick.
