Question for those who have stayed AKL Concierge

I have this booked for October 26 and we want to do the Sunrise Safari. Do we need to call the concierge ahead of time, at the 90 day mark? Or will they call us before hand to see what our needs are?

If I need to be the one to initiate contact, do I just call AKL and ask for the concierge? Or do they do e-mail?

I always booked so early that I initiated contact... I just dropped them an friendly email introducing myself, with out reservation # and dates of stay and mentioned what I wanted to do while I was there.

Within a day or so I received my 'Safari' back, with confirmation #'s on what was booked and dates on when things would be booked.

We have done the sunrise safari 3 times now.... it is great fun

Enjoy your stay, we returned 2 weeks ago and we loved it. The staff was friendly and the lounge is great.

We are staying at the AKL Conceirge level in December and I have already e-mailed them all my requests including the sunrise safara.

They e-mailed me the details and cost and took my credit card #.
