Question for those who have been on Eastern recently?

I was wondering if someone can tell me what night Pirate night is? Also is there a show scheduled on Wednesday St Thomas day? I'm trying to figure out what day would be best to do Palo dinner and don't want the kids to miss a show or Pirate night. Thanks so much!!!!

Pirate night on the Eastern is on Tuesday night, St. Maarten night.

The show on Wednesday night, St. Thomas, is the Who Wants to be a Mouseketeer gameshow.

Pirate night should be on Tuesday night after you leave St. Marteen. They either have a movie or the WWTBAM on Wednesday night from what I can remember.

If you want to pass up the opportunity for a chance to win onboard credit and possibly a 7 night cruise.

DH and I skipped dinner on Wednesday so we could attend both showings, just for the slim chance we might get picked. Of course we didn't, but we still had a blast playing from the audience.

It is better to skip this show than it is to skip one of the stage productions. The Golden Mickey's, Hercules The Muse-ical, and Disney Dreams are all wonderful shows. GM and DD both had me near tears they were so well done, and Hercules will having you rolling in your seat it is soooo comical. Hades steals the show.

It is possible to go to Palo and attend the show as well. On our first cruise, we had Palo reservations at around 6:30. We were done in time to pick up the kids at the club and then go to the late show. You could also do it the other way around - early show (which will be over by 7:30) and then go to Palo.

Oh definitely! Pirate Night is the theme for dinner and the deck party after the last seating. It even has fireworks now! The princess & pirate thing is just a small event in Studio Sea. It is mainly just for kids.

Thanks for all your help. I think I will make Palo reservations at 630 then get the kids and go to the show. Thats the night they do the romantic turn down on our package, so much for that I'd rather take a chance at winning a prize!

The deck party started at 9:45. I don't remember exactly when the fireworks were - I would guess around 10:30. It's all part of the pirate show/party with pirates, characters, music and fireworks.
