question for those on the Premium plan re segway

Hi fellow Canadians!

I will be staying at the WL in December, and we choose the premium plan which includes the 1 hour Segway tour. We would like to go on the 2 hour tour. I was hoping that we could upgrade to the 2 hour tour, and just pay the difference. When I asked about it, they said we have to pay FULL PRICE to do the 2 hour tour despite having essentially paid for the 1 hour tour already with the premium package. Has anyone else tried this?

The only thing I can think of is to keep calling and asking a different CM. Or, if you're staying concierge, you could ask them to look into it for you. Good luck!
